Continental Construction International Limited (CCIL) came into existence on 03.04.2008 as a result of demerger of its parent company Continental Construction Ltd. (CCL). The demerger of CCL was ordered by Hon'ble Company Law Board vide its orders dated 21.11.2007 & 16.05.2008. CCIL is promoted by Basi Group (largest shareholding group in CCL i.e. 43%) and is headed by Mr. Manjeet Singh Basi, who has a vast experience of more than 30 years in construction field and CCL has completed various major projects of international repute under his expert guidance and supervision.

Construction of Fibre Board Factory at Abu Sukhair, Iraq, for the manufacture of hard board (1,700 MT per annum), from date palm leaves, by thermo defibration process.
RCC framed structure for main production building, administration buildings, warehouse, workshop complete with electrical & air conditioning services & river intake structure, including complete water supply.
