Continental Construction International Limited (CCIL) came into existence on 03.04.2008 as a result of demerger of its parent company Continental Construction Ltd. (CCL). The demerger of CCL was ordered by Hon'ble Company Law Board vide its orders dated 21.11.2007 & 16.05.2008. CCIL is promoted by Basi Group (largest shareholding group in CCL i.e. 43%) and is headed by Mr. Manjeet Singh Basi, who has a vast experience of more than 30 years in construction field and CCL has completed various major projects of international repute under his expert guidance and supervision.

Grain Silos at Lucknow & Khurja in Uttar Pradesh and Mandi Gobindgarh, Moga & Jagraon in Punjab, India.
Construction at each of five places of RCC cellular bins 8 Nos., 12 M diameter, 35 M high and 17MX11M Head House 54M high by slipforming technique, truck and rail shipping/receiving buildings, bagging and mechanized bulk handling facilities with 2 streams of 300 TPH conveyors. Total storage capacity 100,000 MT(5X20,000 MT).
